Ahead of the UN-meeting, Connie Hedegaard will host the third edition of the so-called Greenland Dialogue in Barcelona. It will take place on the 29-31 October 2009. The meeting is the third of its kind this year following meetings in Greenland in July and New York in September.

  • Press Conference after the minister’s speech at the opening of the climate talks in Barcelona will be held at at 11.00-11.30.

“There is only five days left of negotiating before we meet in Copenhagen. We must use the time wisely, and it will require real courage from the negotiators to solve some of the crunch issues this week,” said Connie Hedegaard.

The Press Conference will take place at UNFCCC’s Press Room at the Conference Center.

Adress: Barcelona Convention Centre, FIRA GRAN VIA, Carrer del Foc 47, 08038 Barcelona, Spain.
