From 13-14 October the Danish Minister for Climate and Energy, Connie Hedegaard, visits the Polish capital Warsaw to take part in ministerial consultations ahead of the UN climate conference COP 14 in Poznan in December
The conference in Poznan is the last event where ministers from all the negotiating countries are gathered before the climate conference in Copenhagen in 2009. Thus it is important to achieve concrete results in Poznan.
One topic at the ministerial consultations in Warsaw will be the scope for a shared vision that is to guide the negotioations and the climate agenda in the long term.
